I have been using this practice for many, many years and they are always so nice and make light of my fear, and extreme reaction to, injections ! I had an emergency appointment yesterday, with Ben, who was so good and explained things clearly, showing me on screen the "lovely" holes in my tooth that were giving me such discomfort.
